Service
Revive Home, operated by Origo Miami LLC, sends reactivation email to contacts the client supplies and books estimate appointments.
Fees
The monthly fee is $497. The first month is billed upfront when service starts, and the fee then renews monthly. Each held estimate appointment, meaning a visit where the homeowner is present, costs $150. A no-show is not billed. Billing runs through Stripe. Either party can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future monthly charges.
Client responsibilities
The client confirms it has a lawful basis to contact every person on its list, approves all copy, and confirms held appointments each week.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any number of appointments or any revenue.
